    Abstract: 當以高酸價的油酯生產生質柴油時,常需經過前處理的步驟以降低酸價、水份等會妨礙反應效率的性質。本文將大豆高酸油以不同的醇油莫耳比及硫酸添加量,進行兩階段的預酯化。當醇油莫耳比為12,硫酸添加量6 wt. %,在第一階段預酯化,可使酸價降低至0.41 mg KOH/g。在本研究的參數條件之下若經第一次預酯化,將酸價降至1 mg KOH/g以下時,若再度用預酯化法反而會使酸價提高。
