    Abstract: 本文主要探討以可程式控制器(programmable Logic Controller,PLC)為核心之伺服馬達定位控制整合系統,該系統整合PLC、定位模組、伺服驅動器、AC伺服馬達、高速計數器模組、PC-Based VB監控及模糊控制器等形成一套完整的馬達定位控制平台。本文除說明系統之整合相關技術外,並經由輸送帶傳動系統探討馬達之定位控制性能,以進一步改善當應用於輸送代傳輸系統時,因輸送帶劣化或長期磨損等問題所造成產品未能精確地傳送至固定位置的缺點。
