    Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the role that the
    variables of gold nano-particles that could be controlled
    with the mole ratio between AuCl4
    - and trisodium
    citrate without adding CTAB and ascorbic acid. In the
    first part of this study, we use the seeding growth
    method to form the larger gold nano-particles. It can
    prove that the seeding growth method could be used to
    form the larger gold nano-particles.
    In the second part result, the easy synthesis
    approach, sodium citrate-tannin reduction method,
    could be used to form the larger and without toxicity
    gold nano-particles. And the particles size could be
    controlled by the molar ratio between the gold salt and
    the trisodium citrate. The bigger molar ratio between
    the gold salt and the trisodium citrate cause the gold
    nano-particles size larger. This kind of gold
    nano-particles could be used in the bio-technology.
