    Abstract: 由於感應加熱相較於傳統直接加熱,具備加熱速度快、
    能源集中、加熱精確、無環境汙染等優點。故本文針對導磁
    甚低之不銹鋼材質,設計出可強迫感應加熱之銅管線圈,並
    針對線圈之鐵粉芯材質影響做進一步分析。文中利用Ansoft
    Maxwell 電磁分析軟體,以有限元素分析法,探討不同鐵粉芯
    對導磁甚低的不銹鋼釘,在溫度與磁通密度的影響。經由分
    析比較,深入了解不同鐵粉芯材質對於不銹鋼釘加熱之效能
    差異。
    Comparing induction heating to the traditional direct heating,
    induction heating has the advantages of rapid heating, energy
    concentration, heating accuracy and non-environmental pollution.
    Therefore, in this paper, an effective copper pipe coil is designed
    for heating stainless steel nail with low permeability. Furthermore,
    the influence of core material of heating coil is
    investigated. Ansoft Maxwell software is also used to analyze
    the influence of core material to temperature and flux density of
    stainless steel nail. By comparing and analysis of simulated
    results, the effect of material to heating coil will be clear and easy
    to use.
