    Abstract: 本文以PIC16F877 單晶片作為電磁接觸器控制板核心,
    一方面配合周邊電壓感知電路動態感測電磁接觸器的外加電
    壓和流過線圈的電流大小;另一方面,單晶片透過本身之串列
    埠與Zigbee 無線傳輸收、發模組,即時將所擷取之接觸器動
    態參數傳送給遠端之監控電腦。遠端電腦為了觀察被監控電磁
    接觸器內部參數變化,遂以具有圖形化程式發展優點之
    Labview 軟體撰寫人機操作介面,除了將從單晶片接收到的資
    料顯示於電腦螢幕上,方便操作者透過監控電腦人機介面即時
    觀測電磁接觸器的動作狀態外,於必要時,亦可經由監控電腦
    之人機介面完成控制被監控電磁接觸器之閉合或分斷動作,另
    外,同時依序將資料記錄於資料庫中,以利資料報表或後處理
    工作之進行。目前,已於實驗室完成本文所提之系統雛型,並
    且根據預期的系統動作需求進行相關測試,結果顯示本文所提
    之系統軟、硬體架構均能滿足預期的系統動作要求。
    The objective of this paper is to present a control circuit of
    electromagnetic contactor which is based on a PIC16F877 single
    chip. On one hand, this control circuit which includes a voltage
    and current sensory circuits are used to dynamically sensing the
    coil voltage and current, respectively; on the other hand, those
    have been sampled coil voltage and current data are
    synchronously transmitted to the remote computer by using a pair
    of Zigbee wireless modules. There is a human machine interface
    is developed by a Labview software development package. When
    the computer with monitor and control function has received
    those data, besides they are displayed on the screen of computer
    as well recorded in the database. The user can require operating
    the closing and opening process of contactor by directly means of
    the human machine interface. Moreover, the recorded data in the
    database is able to be restored so as to make report or other
    post-work. The system prototype has been established in our
    laboratory. Several related researching tests are verified through
    the prototype. The testing results shows that the functions of the
    software and hardware structure proposed in this paper are
    satisfactory with the predicted designing objectives.
