    Abstract: 本文主要是建立渦電流感應加熱器之實際磁路。應用時變
    不良甚至堵鎖故障。本文以COMSOL 有限元素分析模擬軟
    The main idea of Eddy-current induction heater is to employ
    the dilatability of heat produced by loss of Eddy-current in which
    time-variant magnetic field passed the annular conductive
    material and thus inducted it. However, due to the creep of heat
    for the stand in spiral arm, the malfunction occurs. This is because
    the wrong placement or poor contact between the body of heater
    and stand in spiral arm. These mistakes cause the escape magnetic
    flux and thus make the effect of heat in spiral arm. Therefore, this
    study aims to model a practical magnetism way of Eddy-current
    induction heater. To capture the possible effect of heat, we
    adopted the COMSOL to simulate the malfunctions of induction
    heater and spiral arm to estimate the distribution of escape
    magnetic flux. Through the simulation and analysis, we can easily
    confirm the causes of malfunction. These results can efficiently
    provide the consultations for operator in factory if the malfunction
