    Abstract: 交流伺服馬達與其驅動電路應用於各種產品,部分要求
    在低轉速範圍內工作。但計算馬達轉速一般採用平均方式,因
    而會造成偵測落後,尤其當編碼器脈衝之間的時間長度大於速
    度取樣時間時,偵測落後更會影響到速度控制的性能。
    本文提出二個方法來提升交流伺服馬達低速度運算的最
    小解析度:1. 與頻率無關之方波相位延遲法提升馬達編碼
    器解析度之速度估測法、2. 交錯並聯式訊號取樣速度估測法
    對於光學編碼器之脈衝訊取樣可得較高的解析度。
    High-quality ac servo motors and drives are applied to many
    control systems. Some of the systems call for accurate low-speed
    motion control. systems position and velocity signals. However,
    motor velocity estimation is generally based on averaged
    calculation from the position data supplied by a low-resolution
    encoder so that it causes a detection lag. Furthermore, when the
    interval between the pulses is wider than the sampling time on
    low speeds, the detection delay time may make the speed
    controller unstable.
    In the paper, the research work on servo motors includes two
    items to increase the low-speed control performance. The first is
    FPGA-based frequency independent phase delay method to raise
    the resolution the encoder. The second is in-parallel interlaced
    sample-and-hold algorithm based on DSP and FPGA which
    different samplers interlaced sample the position, filter out noise,
    and calculate the average low velocities.
