    The purpose of this research is the development miniature
    linear synchronous motor with flexible and extend. The carrier
    was made of an NdFeB permanent magnet with volume 1
    mm3.The stator was made of a flexible printed circuit board. The
    motor is two kinds of designs with a straight line type and
    semicircle type. The stator of straight line type has an length of 50
    mm, width of 5 mm, height of 1.8 mm, line width of 0.2 mm, line
    space of 0.3 mm. The stator of semicircle type has an length of 40
    mm, width of 20 mm, height of 1.8 mm, line width of 0.2 mm,
    line space of 0.3 mm. The motor is excited with 2- phase excited
    controller; step of 0.5 mm. The stator design can combine a
    different pattern combination with many slice links characteristic.
    The motor is good enough to push rotor perpendicular 90
    degreases climb to rise by electromagnetic analysis and design of
    motor characteristics. The motor achieves push power is 0.32mN.
    Finally integrate motor controller, carry on linear exercise,
    perpendicular test and Laser to move a measurement.
