    Abstract: 因應能源危機,許多國家都積極研發替代性車輛,如複合
    動力車。本論文主要研製一直流無刷馬達驅動器並應用於複合
    動力機車系統上,其中馬達的運作包含電動機模式與發電機模
    式。因機車系統成本為主要考量因素,本論文採用具雙向性功
    能之單級電力轉換器作為馬達驅動器。此轉換器除了在馬達運
    作於電動機模式時,可作為馬達驅動外,同時具有升壓功能之
    切換策略,可在發電機模式下作為電池充電器之用。基於設計
    考量,本論文之功率開關元件採用三顆功率開關並聯,除了均
    流、降低元件電流額定外,也可降低功率開關溫升速度。由於
    在並聯時,佈線路徑成為主要影響電路均流的關鍵,因此本論
    文除了研製一複合動力機車的馬達驅動器外,並針對驅動器的
    佈線考量作分析。最後經由實作電路驗證本論文所提之馬達驅
    動器功能的可行性。
    In response to energy crisis, many countries have active research
    and development of alternative vehicles, such as hybrid
    electric vehicles. The objective of this thesis is to develop a driver
    for brushless dc motor which is integrated with an engine to form
    a hybrid electric scooter. A motor driver can be divided into two
    operation modes of which one is motor-mode and the other one is
    generator- mode. In this thesis, a bi-directional power converter
    has been designed to replace a motor driver. The proposed power
    converter can function as a motor driver and can drive the generator
    to act as a charger. With the proposed power converter, the
    hybrid electric scooter system can be cost down. Based on the
    design considerations, switching components are three in parallel
    for each arm. It can equalize current, lower current rating, and
    reduce the rate of temperature rise. In high power applications,
    layout is a major impact on current sharing among the three
    switching components. Thus, this thesis not only develops a motor
    driver for hybrid electric scooter, but investigates layout
    strategies for motor drivers. Experimental results have verified the
    feasibility and performance of the proposed motor driver.
