    Abstract: 本文提出一主動箝制返馳式轉換器應用於罪犯癱瘓系
    採用切換頻率10 KHz;最大輸出電壓15 KV;輸出功率40 W,
    This paper presents active clamp flyback converter for convicts
    conferring in capacitated paralysis applications. With this circuit
    structure, the output voltage of stun gun can be kept at a constant
    voltage to reduce hurt of human body and increase safety of use.
    To increase conversion efficiency of the proposed system to
    extend the use time of battery, an active clamp circuit is used to
    recover the energy trapped in leakage inductance of transformer in
    the flyback converter. As compared with the conventional stun
    gun which is a pulsed output voltage, the proposed system is a
    higher operational safety, a higher conversion efficiency and a
    longer operational time under the same battery capacity. Finally,
    the feasibility of the proposed system obtained from experimental
    prototype under operational frequency of 10 KHz, maximum
    output voltage of 15 KV and output power of 40W have been
