    Abstract: 為探討矽基太陽電池(Silicon-based Solar Cell)之系統發
    電性能,本文分別選用非晶矽(Amorphous, a-Si)、HIT( Hetero
    junction with Intrinsic Thin Layer)與多晶矽(Poly Silicon, p-Si)
    併聯型(Grid-connected System)發電系統,模組設置方位角為
    正南,傾斜角為10 度;依97 年1 月至6 月的統計結果,每
    kWp 日平均發電量分別為3.27、2.82 與3 (kWh/d /kWp),整
    體系統效率為5.82、13.51 與11.97%,以非晶矽系統日平均
    設置面積為HIT 模組的2.66 倍,為多晶矽模組的2.23 倍。
    The photovoltaic system performance evaluation of
    silicon- based solar cells is presented in this paper. The
    Amorphous Silicon (a-Si)、Hetero junction with Intrinsic Thin
    Layer (HIT) and Poly Silicon (p-Si) are three kinds of solar cells
    assessed in this study. Three photovoltaic systems are the
    grid-connected type and installed at due south and inclined at 10o
    System performances were monitored from January to June 2007.
    The daily mean yields (DMY) of a-Si, HIT and p-Si systems
    were 3.27, 2.82 and 3 (kWh/d/kWp), and the system efficiency
    were 5.82, 13.51 and 11.97%. The DMY of a-Si system is higher
    than HIT and p-Si, but a-Si cell conversion efficiency is lower
    than other cells. Therefore, installation array area of a-Si is 2.66
    times of HIT and 2.23 times of p-Si at the 1kWp system capacity
