    Abstract: 本論文提出一種全數位式鎖相迴路之控制策略,透過零
    點偵測電路檢測市電電壓信號之變化,分別計算出市電電壓信
    號之正半波與負半波的週期,作為市電併聯型光伏發電控制系
    統所需之同步信號,因此在設計上不須濾波器,具有極小時間
    延遲之特性,全數位化設計容易IC 化,且利用有限狀態機設
    計易於實現,在面對零點偵測電路較易受到雜訊干擾的問題
    時,可以有效降低雜訊信號對於控制系統之影響,且當孤島效
    應發生時,也可將輸出同步信號之頻率限制於事先預定之頻率
    範圍內,繼續產生分散式發電系統市電併聯控制所需之同步信
    號,使得分散式發電系統之控制迴路能依照此一同步信號產生
    所需之控制命令繼續提供功率輸出,也就是說當市電正常運作
    時,鎖相迴路可依照市電之頻率與相位產生同步信號,而當孤
    島效應發生時,也可依照事前設定產出固定之同步信號,直到
    電力系統恢復供電。
    This paper presents a full digital PLL control algorithm
    for distribution grid connected PV system. Full digital PLL
    circuit detects the zero crossing points at every half cycle of
    grid voltage and calculates the phase angle of the grid voltage.
    The proposed full digital PLL control algorithm does not
    require filtering circuits for grid voltage measurement, and
    boasts the advantages such as minimum time delay, noise
    immunity. Also, the proposed full digital PLL control
    algorithm can provide the synchronous signal at constant
    frequency continuously when islanding effect occurs.
