    Abstract: 電力系統中,由於有虛功率需求的存在,在傳輸
    線路上就會有虛功率流動,造成系統電壓、電流的變
    動,因此產生電壓降低、線路損失提高之類的問題出
    現。在配電系統運轉時,達到具有經濟效益之運轉前提
    下,提供更穩定的電力來滿足用戶的需求,本文針對配
    電系統中,虛功率規劃的問題來加以探討。一般而言,
    電容器是目前被廣泛用來提供負載所需的無效功率補
    償,裝設電容器可以有效地改善匯流排電壓、功率因數
    以及降低實功率損失等優點,並可以提升配電系統的容
    量,提高供電可靠度。本文利用瀰集演算法,作電容器
    的裝設位置及容量選擇的問題,俾使提升每一個匯流排
    上的電壓,降低線路損失,讓電力業者投資電容器的總
    成本盡可能地達到最低。最後,本文以實例來測試演算
    法的實用性,由結果顯示本文使用的演算法確實能夠有
    效且快速地達到最佳化電容器的配置。
    Due to the reactive power demands exist in the
    power system, there are reactive power flows on the
    transmission lines. Therefore the system voltage drop and
    line loss problems will be appeared. Some techniques
    /devices are used to control/compensate reactive power
    flows. The capacitors are generally used to control bus
    voltages as well as reactive power flows online to which
    they are connected. This paper utilizes the proposed
    memetic algorithm to solve the optimal capacitor
    placement problem. We want to do that the investment
    cost of capacitors and line losses are going to be
    minimized and subject to the bus voltages can be
    improved. Finally, two examples are used to verify the
    proposed algorithm. Numerical results show that the
    algorithm is an effective and fast method for the optimal
    capacitor placement.
