    Abstract: 本文提出一獨立運轉型太陽能發電系統之換流器。所提
    系統電路架構採用全橋式換流器搭配單晶片微控制器,來降
    低控制元件的使用數目,同時可提高系統的可靠性及動態響
    應。為了達成交流60Hz 輸出電壓,本文所提電路採用單極性
    正弦脈衝寬度調變(SPWM),來降低輸出濾波器的體積,也
    可降低換流器開關上的電壓變化率,進而降低電路上的突波
    電流。最後,以一輸出電壓220V 及最大輸出功率1kW 之獨
    立運轉型太能發電系統,來驗証本文所提太陽能發電系統之
    可行性。
    This paper proposes an inverter of stand-along PV power
    system. The circuit structure of the proposed power system
    adopts full-bridge inverter associated with a single-chip
    microcontroller to reduce component counts and to increase its
    reliability and dynamic response. To achieve an AC output
    voltage of 60Hz, the proposed inverter uses the unipolar
    sinusoidal pulse width modulation to reduce volume of output
    filter and to decrease voltage variation of switches in the
    proposed inverter. As a result, a spike current within the
    proposed one can be reduced. Finally, a prototype of stand-along
    PV power system with output voltage of 220V and maximum
    output power of 1kW has been proposed to prove the feasibility
    of the proposed PV power system.
