本論文介紹串聯諧振式轉換器(Series Resonant
Converter,簡稱SRC)與LLC型式串聯諧振式轉換器(LLC-Type
Series Resonant Converter,簡稱LLC SRC)的理論基礎及動作
狀態分析,並分析各動作區間之等效電路,與推導串聯諧振轉
換器各區間動作之數學模型。本論文同時針對全橋LLC 串聯
諧振式轉換器進行電路分析,研製一台雙變壓器全橋LLC 形
式串聯諧振轉換器,此架構之優點為變壓器可均分輸出負載電
流,分散變壓器體積,並易於實現電源供應器高功率密度之要
求,藉由設定諧振頻率及特性阻抗,可計算出各元件之値。最
後實作一台輸出規格為12V/42A 之雙變壓器全橋LLC 串聯諧
振式轉換器,除了將實測結果和理論相互印證之外,並研擬未
來研究方向。
This thesis focuses on the analysis of basic theories and
operating modes of a series resonant converter (SRC) and an
LLC-type SRC. The equivalent circuits and their mathematical
models for each operation modes are also discussed. The main
focus is on analyzing a full-bridge LLC-type SRC. A
two-transformer full-bridge LLC-type SRC prototype is
implemented. The advantages of this topology are the inherent
load current sharing, reduced transformer sizes, and feasible for
high power density requirement. From the specified resonant
frequency and characteristics impedance, the circuit components
can be calculated. Lastly, a two-transformer LLC-type SRC with
an output voltage of 12 V and an output current of 42 A is realized.
Theoretical analyses are verified with the experimental results.
Also future works for this research are included.
