在未來的幾十年,T5 螢光燈管將成為照明事業可
期待的一個趨勢。因此,本論文主要是研製使用組合式
控制器之功率因數修正串聯半橋變頻器於驅動T5 燈管
的電子安定器。除此之外,本文將介紹安定器對燈管之
可規劃驅動以及一些保護功能。為了提高燈管驅動順序
以及穩態操作的效能,本論文將提出一種改良式的電壓
預熱方法。
本文電路使用組合式控制器,配合串聯諧振並聯負
載架構以驅動28W T5 單燈管,提供控制器合適的參數
與元件設計流程,以實現高性能電子安定器。最後在相
同燈管及元件的操作條件下量測實驗結果,探討組合式
控制器的電子安定器特性。
T5 linear fluorescent lamp (FL) is expected to be a
trend in lighting industries for the oncoming decades. In
line with the trend, this paper focuses on the design of
high-frequency electronic ballasts for T5 FL using
integrated controller for the PFC-inverter combination.
Programmable lamp start-up and ballast protection features
are introduced. An improved voltage-mode cathode
preheating is also proposed to enhance the lamp ignition
process and upgrade lamp performance during a
steady-state operation.
The experimental prototype adopting a
series-resonant parallel-loaded topology for driving a single
28W T5 lamp is implemented with single IC controller.
Design issues of the circuit parameters and component
calculations for the controller are practically executed.
Experimental results under same specifications are
provided and characteristics of integrated-control ballast
are discussed.
