    Abstract: 本計畫研製一套自動送定位磁浮球控制系統作為多功能的輔助教具。此系統係利用89C51微處理器控制與驅動步進馬達,配合傳動機構,將鐵球精確地推送到磁浮球系統可穩定控制的工作位置。再由磁浮球控制系統將鐵球穩定地磁浮於空中。在實作成果中,系統可磁浮直徑5 cm,重量0.31~1.2 kg的鐵球,磁浮距離1.1 cm,並具有抗干擾的強健性能。藉由此系統的建置,可作為機電整合與控制工程之教學範例,提升工程教育品質。
    A magnetic levitation control system with auto-placement is designed and implemented as an educational tool in this project. The metallic ball can be automatically placed at the equilibrium point by means of a stepper motor controlled by the 89C81 microcontroller, and then it is suspended in the air with a dynamic balance by the developed system. The system can levitate 5-cm-diameter, 0.31~1.2 kg metallic balls with the suspension distance 1.1 cm. It possesses the robust performance of disturbance rejection. The system can serve as a good example for learning the courses of mechatronics and control engineering. Finally, it can promote the quality of engineering education.
