    Abstract: B 介子衰變中CP 不對稱的研究是近年來粒子物理非常重要的問題。利用因子化方法雖然可以計算B 介子衰變率和CP 不對稱,但他的不確定因數太多。微擾量子色動力學是目前最可靠的理論方法之一,因此利用微擾量子色動力學來研究B 介子衰變的一些物理性質,是比較基本與可靠的方法。
    In the recent, CP asymmetry of rare B-meson decays is the most important subject in particle physics. Using the factorizaton method, we can calculate B-meson’s decay rate and CP asymmetry. But there are too many uncertainties in this method. Among the market, PQCD is the most reliable and fundamental approach. We will study B-meson by PQCD.
