    Abstract: 本研究已成功製備Ti0.95In0.05O2光電極,由XRD、SEM及光電流量測結果,發現以550℃煅燒3小時之製程條件可得到結晶佳、均勻且附著良好且有明顯光電流產生之光電極。本計畫為3年期計畫,第1年研究目地是製備附著與耐用性佳之光觸媒薄膜,探討於紫外光下之光電化學反應性能,實驗結果顯示在紫外光及氙燈照射下,均比原始的TiO2產生更大的光電流,除了完成第1年原訂目的外,將來更有信心所開發之光電極於可見光下能發揮作用,應用於未來可見光分解水產氫之最終目標。
