    Abstract: 本文主要針對PEMFC 內部之流道設計,利用數值模擬,討論其對於燃料在流道內的流動擴散影響。模擬方式以控制體積法為基礎,配合有限差分法及冪次法則來離散成差分方程式。並採用SIMPLE 運算法則求解壓力-速度結合的問題。研究內容以波型流道為主,探討波數改變以及波型的振幅大小對於燃料流動擴散之影響。模擬分析結果中可以發現,波數對於燃料的流動擴散有明顯的影響,較多的波型可以有效增加燃料流動進入擴散層進一步進行反應,在較多波數時進口速度的配合條件同時相對重要。另波型振幅的大小在0.5 流道寬時對於燃料擴散有較好的效果。
    This study is to discuss and flow the diffusion of the fuel in the flow channel by numerical simulation for the channel design of PEMFC. The simulation method solved by control-volume method based on finite-different method with power-low scheme. The SIMPLE algorithm is adopted to solve the pressure and velocity coupling. The contents of the study focused in the wave flow channel research the flow and diffusible effects in the fuel by the number and of amplitude of the wave. The results for the simulation indicate that the wave number of the channel has a significant effect of the fuel. More wave of the channel can tend to the gas diffusion layer and cause the reactions. The inlet velocity is more important for the more wave channel. And the amplitude of the 0.5 channel width has the more effects for the diffusion.
