This study will attempt to inquiry the workplace training of vocational Dual system in Germany, and to realize how these reforms in workplace training to improve the quality of work force. Through documentary analysis and interview, the study will be implemented. The objectives of this study will be as follows: 1. To realize the demand of work force market in Germany.2.To inquire the institutions or organizations with respect to workplace training of Dual System.3. To analyze the expenditure and the arrangement of the places in the workplace training of Dual System.4.To inquire the changed qualification of trainers.5.To realize the arrangement of curriculum in workplace training.6.To sum up, and explain the implications for vocational education in Taiwan.
