Abstract:	Most of the families will encounter the problem of their children's misbehaviors, what it really happens are due to the lack of the function of family education. The objective of this study was to explore university students' opinions toward what they think to make a good parent. In our research, we took 100 college students from a university in Southern Taiwan for our object of study. We using survey as our research design, each participant have to answer about sixteen questions in ten to fifteen minutes. We found that most of the Taiwanese children are too apprehensive to share their emotions to their parents, and therefore when they encountered great difficulties in love, most of them did not know how to deal with it and went on the wrong track. We also found that parents play an important role in children’s life, in which they need to obtain love, comfort, encouragement, and concerning from their parents. As long as adults are concerned with children, they will have a happy childhood.
