    Abstract: For the past few decades, Internet technologies continue dramatically to change the ways people run their businesses, as the impressive and seemingly constant parade of developments in computer and communications. In order to deal properly with such a trend, business emerges to virtually reorganize their operation scheme, so virtual teams and virtual organizations (VOs) are common working style. That has potential benefits for employees and employers, making that a potentially attractive alternative for both parties to the traditional workday. Although there are advantages to instituting virtual work, communication challenges are even more difficult than those in face-face work. In consequence would have more or less impact on organization performance. We will look at the issues of culture, leadership, technology, and communication in virtual environment in more depth and considers mainly these dimensions that may have potential impacts on organizational performance.
