    Abstract: 近年來數位技術普及,保護設備及儀控設備組件逐漸由數位式電子電路所取代,然而電子電路之抗突波干擾能力卻成為一影響供電可靠重要因素。本計畫研究項目主要針對龍崎及嘉義兩變電所低壓電子設備,對突波干擾防治措施進行研究,首先以台電之實際突波量測波形建立ATP 模型並探討相關干擾現象:最後配合現有防雷措施檢討並提出突波防制實際改善措施。With rapid developments of digital technology, many traditional mechanical elements ofthe protection equipment and monitoring system have been replaced by the electronic partsgradually. This project concentrates on the surge protection of low-voltage electronicequipment of Long-Ci and Chia-yi substations. Firstly, the real surge of the substation wasmeasured and used to set up the ATP simulation models. Then the standards were surveyed forthe investigation of present surge protection strategy adopted.
