    Title: 無效電力與並聯電抗器啟閉暫態對高科技園區供電品質影響研究

    Abstract: 因應高科技產業快速發展,為提高供電品質,高壓輸電線路之規劃設計已逐漸由架空方式轉變為地下化,尤其高科技園區內與周邊多已採地下配線方式。由於大量採用地下電纜,電容性無效電力大量增加,牽動了電力系統整體的結構,傳統裝設電容器調整虛功率之架構已逐漸改變,部分區域需裝設電抗器以調節過剩之電容性無效電力,為確保供電品質與可靠度,系統無效電力之控制策略改變已成為一需重視之研究課題。本計畫首先分析併聯電抗器啟閉時之特性,再利用ATP 電磁暫態分析程式模擬斷路器啟閉動作之過電壓、高湧入電流、產生零序電流或對負載側放大等電氣暫態現象。最後以南科園區為對象,探討供電結構、用戶負載及周邊變電所裝設電抗器對電壓變動之影響,其中模擬部分採用ASPEN套裝軟體。Owing to the fast development of the Hi-Tech industry, in order to improve thequality of supplying power, the design of transmission line of high voltage has alreadybeen changed from overhead-type into the underground-type, especially for the Hi-TechIndustrial Park. Because a large amount of underground cable is adopted, the reactivepower generated by the cable also increases and affect the whole performance of thepower system. More and more shunt reactors are installed in order to regulate the excessreactive power. The control strategy of the reactive power has been adjusted and becomesan important research subject.In this report, the transient characteristic of the opening and closing of reactor wasanalyzed first, then the ATP package was adopted for the simulation of the voltage、current and other relative phenomenon of the load side. Finally, this project focused onthe Southern-Taiwan Industrial Park, the influence on the voltage variation caused by theunderground cables、customer's load and the reactor installed by TPC was studied. TheASPEN software package was used for simulation.
