    Abstract: 本計畫提出一新型之單級高功因螢光燈電子安定器,具有電路構造簡單、控制容易、高效率與低成本等優點。電路只有單一級並共用主動切換開關,以減少控制電路與開關元件數。採用脈波寬度調變的方式控制主動開關,固定主動開關的切換頻率與責任週期,當降升壓轉換器設計操作於不連續電流模式時,可使電子安定器達到高功率因數。將主動開關操作於零電壓與零電流切換導通情況,減少切換損失以達到高效率的要求。為了簡化電路分析,並確實掌握電路操作特性,本計畫採用基本波分析法與螢光燈的等效電阻模型,分析整合單級電路操作原理,配合電腦模擬,分析安定器輸入端之功率因數及總諧波失真,並依據計算所求得最佳參數組合,實際製作電路及實驗量測,驗證理論推導結果。A single-stage high-power-factorelectronic ballast for fluorescent lamps isproposed in this project. The proposed ballastcircuit is composed of the integration of twobuck-boost power-factor-correction convertersand a class-D series-parallel resonant inverter.Only one power processing stage is commonlyused by both power stages to save the cost ofactive switches and control circuits. Theelectronic ballast can achieve nearly unitypower factor by operating the buck-boostconverter at discontinuous current mode(DCM).To simplify the circuit analysis, thefundamental approximation and the equivalentresistance model of fluorescent lamp areapplied to establish a ballast equivalent circuit.Based on the equivalent circuit, designequations are derived to determine circuitparameters and simulations are performed topredict the ballast circuit performance. A prototype circuit for two series-connected 40Wfluorescent lamps would be built and then theanalytical predictions could be verified.
