    Title: 實施適應性交通號誌控制策略對周遭路口的衝擊與對應策略之研究

    Abstract: 在先進交通管理系統(ATMS)蓬勃發展的當前,適應性號誌控制系統將會是都市之主流號誌控制策略。回顧目前國內外適應性號誌控制模式的研究,多著重於控制邏輯的發展研究,並已有具體實證績效,但大都僅限於對所控制區域內的運作績效與偵測設備配置進行探討,但該控制策略實施後對周邊道路之衝擊並未有研究來說明其影響,故難以充分證明實施適應性號誌控制對於都市交通路網之運作績效可獲致整體的改善。針對前述問題,本研究係以網路群組為範圍,應用系統模擬與實驗設計的方法,以不同的交通參數因子建立案例組合並進行分析。在分析不同的流量水準資料發現,整體而言,負衝擊路段數目以及程度均有隨著路網流量下降而趨緩的現象,而個別路段之變化並無明確的變動趨勢,且績效衝擊變化於路網空間上亦無特定的分佈型態。適應性策略控制之流入路段在運作績效方面,多數並不存在顯著差異,部分具顯著衝擊影響之案例亦能夠與適應性交控模式的運作特性相符,呈現停等百分比提高,而在等候車隊長度以及平均旅行時間方面則可下降,顯示適應性控制模式確實能發揮其優異的運作效能。而在流出路段方面,主要則因策略轉換期間會將週期時間拉長,且也同樣破壞了原定時時制之時差與號誌連鎖,故各類指標所產生之負衝擊便多集中於此兩階段;然而進入適應性策略執行階段後,負衝擊的程度便明顯下降,由此可知因適應性控制傾向以短週期控制,故流出路段之車流較為分散,故對於週期較長的定時時制亦不存在明顯的負面衝擊,由此得以證明適應性號誌控制策略可在衍生有限的負衝擊下,有效提升都市交通路網之運作績效並獲致整體的改善。The Advanced Traffic Management System(ATMS) has developed ardently at this time.Adaptive control system will become the popular traffic signal control. However, if looking backon the logic development of traffic adaptive signal control system in the domestic and worldwideat present, they are designed to conduct optimal on the basis of control area. Or, they are set tohave too many conditions to simplify the problems of the surrounding impact and tactics.According to the discussion above, this research aims to apply the system simulation andexperiment design, to establish some experiment cases and analyze the data. In the whole we canfind the amount of links that have negative impacts can be reduced by decreasing the volume. Andspecific link don’t have any regular variation and distribution in the network. The performance ofadaptive control system appear no obvious difference on the most of flow-in links, and the othercases with obvious difference also can follow the properties of adaptive control system. It seemsthe system can implement its efficiency to reduce the queue length and travel delay obviously onthe links, but also increase the stop ratio. Besides, because of timing tactic transfer on the flow-outlinks, it causes to enlarge the cycle length and breaking the timing coordination, then bring themost of negative impacts in these periods. However, when the traffic signals are under control byadaptive control system, we can find the obvious eliminating from negative impacts. Therefore wecan confirm the adaptive control system uses short cycle length wouldn’t generate too manynegative impacts on long cycle length of pre-time signal. So, We can prove the adaptive controlsystem would improve the whole traffic performance, and accompany a little negative impacts.
