    Abstract: 隨著電腦軟體和硬體架構的巨大進步,CAD軟體得到了革命化的發展,最具有代表性的就是設計的參數化(parametric)和關聯性(association)。參數化和關聯性建立在電腦數據庫基礎之上,為設計者提供將零件中或者組合件中零件之間尺寸數據相互緊密聯結的可能性。貫一興業股份有限公司機械產品有十幾類機型,每一類機器又要去適合客戶好幾種甚至幾十種瓶型。客戶更改一個瓶型就會要求貫一公司提供一整套新的零配件。每一套新的零配件含有幾十個零件,而每一個零件又含有好幾個相關的尺寸和形狀。目前公司的設計部門有很大一部分設計人員的日常工作就是應付這些不可避免的重覆腦力(體力)勞動。而且,由於主要尺寸均出於人工,由於疲勞和粗心造成的錯誤層出不窮,造成很大的浪費,更耽誤了客戶的時間。本團對利用目前3D設計軟體中參數化和關聯性的工具,結合必要的CAD軟體以外的數據庫電腦程式,使得公司設計部門在客戶新瓶型到來時,設計人員只需輸入最基本的(幾個)瓶型參數,電腦就可以自動地修改組合體內所有(幾十個)相關零件的相關(上百個)參數,輸出客戶新瓶型所需要的新零配件設計。如果本案成功實施,貫一公司的設計將達到完全嶄新的水平。進而極大的提高公司設計部門的應變能力及設計效率,減少設計錯誤。公司可以將目前忙於應付新瓶型重覆勞動的人力財力,轉用到公司產品的改新換代上面去,大大提高企業競爭力。The purpose of this research is to make design automation possible by parametric design and design associability in 3D CAD.Applications of the technology in liquid food packaging machinery and its advantages are presented in the paper. For regular shapes such as circles or lines, parameters are used to link the dimensions of relative parts while for irregular shapes such as curves, associability is used to do the job in an assembly. Commercial 3D CAD software and Microsoft Excel software were used for the application.It is proved that same merit applies to designs of other machineries, on reducing design time and design mistake, enhancing consistency and easy documentation, therefore liberating designers from redundant day-to-day routine computer-paperwork to make more innovative contributions to their job. The impact of the design-automation technology on machine design is great.
