    Abstract: 本計畫第二年主要的目的在研究傢俱櫥櫃用六連桿式鉸鏈機構的動態運動特性。本研究利用運動方程式推導鉸鏈機構的動態方程式,再利用四階Runge-Kutta 數值方法求解。 由數值模擬的結果可以得知,鉸鏈中安裝定位彈簧與不安裝對門開啟和關閉動態反應的影響、不同門重下鉸鏈機構的動態反應。若開啟門的運動型態已知時,須作用在把手的力量可由運動方程式計算出。此外,利用數值分析不同狀況下鉸鏈機構的動態反應,繪出其動畫以模擬機構的運動情形。最後,以理論模擬和實驗結果比較,相差不到2%,應証本研究結果的正確性。The second year of this project investigates the motion of a 6-bar hinge mechanism forfurniture. This research uses equation of motion to analyze the dynamic response of the 6-barhinge mechanism. The non-linear differential equation of motion is then solved by using thefourth-order Runge-Kutta method. The effect of installing a positioning spring in the hingemechanism is investigated. When the dynamic response of a door is known, the required forceon the handle can be calculated from the equation of motion. The dynamic response of the doorfor different door weight can be obtained through numerical simulation. The dynamic responseof the door after the releasing of the handle can also be obtained through numerical simulation.Further, the motion animations of the hinge mechanism are studied to detect the presence of anyinterference or any peculiar motions. The simulated results were in good agreement with theexperiments.
