    Abstract: 本研究嘗試補充個人「關係」(Guanxi)之研究,與先前研究不同之處在於:本文強調個人關係移轉至組織的過程,並將其移轉過程架構化,以分析在多變的中國商業環境中,個人關係對於組織未來的發展的重要性,在中國經濟與社會快速發展之中,關係已經變成商業實務中最直接與強烈的成份,很多企業因為「關係」的掌握而形成關鍵的競爭優勢。本文從三方面來觀察個人關係之移轉,首先,討論商業環境中個人關係所扮演的角色,其次,提出與個人關係相關之重要因素,最後在個人關係移轉過程中,分析各種變數的重要性與其造成的影響。從本研究可以知道個人進入組織後,個人關係會呈現多階段的演化,而這些發展會影響組織未來的績效。The study we present an attempt to supplement the findings of these earlier studies. Itdiffers from previous studies, however, in the way subjects’ process of guanxi transferring isanalyzed. This paper proposed a framework of the individual guanxi so that its impact on theorganization in dyadic business environment. In the rapid development of economic andsociety in China, guanxi had become the direct and significant component in business practice.Many enterprises hold guanxi to derivative a key comparative advantage. First, we discuss therole of individual guanxi in the business environment. Secondly, some of the parameters thatare related to the issue of the individual guanxi are presented. Finally, the transferring processis proposed for understanding the effect on the organization. With the study, the organizationcould recognize the importance and evolution of guanxi, and gather up the threads or improveperformance.
