Treatment of wastewater including H2O2 in wastewater from wet clean process by activated carbon in IC industry will be carried out in this study. The research will be studied under various solution pH values and various concentrations of sulfuric acid for the development of the reaction mechnism. The experimental results shows the decomposition rate of H2O2 treated by activated carbon will be increased with the increase of the concentration of sulfuric acid. The reaction path of H2O2 decomposition in sulfuric acid might be different from that in the past
