    Abstract: 本研究配合建立營造工程中的環境、安全及衛生之法規符合性查驗架構,並進行實例探討,以降低營造過程之人員傷亡、財產損失及環境衝擊。以大樓建物作為研究架構,配合大樓營建流程之施工前及圍籬、臨電、基樁、開挖、檔土支撐、鋼筋綁紮、模板、施工架、混擬土澆置、鋼構組配等十個分項工程,及將施工前及各分項工程所需要的機械、器具、設備及專業人員,以設計符合法規及適合營建流程使用的督導方針,並作為大樓營建施工前設計的參考,進而讓施工過程中符合環安衛法令及降低人員傷亡、財產損失及環境衝擊。
    This study was carried out by application of cascade method to improve environment, safety, and health management of construction industry. The cascade of construction mainly includes construction preparation, fencing, temporary, foundation pile, excavation, retaining support, rebar installation, formwork, installation of scaffolding, pouring cement and steel grouping. That will meet the requirement of regulation and reduce the risk during construction by way of management of environment, safety, and health. The injury of employees, financial loss and environmental impact could be prevented by auditing with the guideline established by this study.
