    Abstract: 物聯網已成了現代趨勢,萬物都與其息息相關,目前世界各地都推動不同的相關專案,如德國工業4.0及美國工業物聯網(IIoT)等,它對我們的生活帶來巨大的影響,從而提高我們的生活品質。現在的工廠和機器越來越智慧化,人與機器合作將使蒐集到的資料更有意義、更有連線性,而這些蒐集到的資料持續爆炸般快速成長,以往傳統紀錄資料的方式已很難應付龐大的資料量,製作報表時還需要從資料堆中翻找所需資料後再使用圖表工具進行分析,相當麻煩。為了因應上述所說之問題,將會把所有蒐集到的資料存放在雲端中並利用資料視覺化技術結合企業內部管理,來大幅加速生產效率並提升員工工作品質,如此一來,節省了時間也減少了紙張的濫用,更加環保。本研究利用樹莓派及Arduino結合RFID模組並以NFC辨識員工及產品資料,以Node.js實現MySQL傳輸協定方式來達到物聯網之應用,並使用Chart.js圖表庫及HighCharts與PHP和JavaScript、Ajax、jQuery、HTML5、CSS技術從資料庫中獲取資料並將其視覺化,使主管能夠快速了解各產線的生產狀況,如機台目前生產進度、員工每小時生產總件數、快速查詢當日生產之產品、提醒快到期訂單尚未完成之件數、列出員工出缺勤紀錄等功能。
    The intellectual technology of factories and machines are being more and more intellectualized nowadays. The data which is collected by the cooperation through people and machines make more meaningful. The connection of data is also stronger than before. And all these collected data are exploding growth. Depend on the way we used in the past is difficult to cope with the huge amount of data. First, we need to find the data in a huge amount of data. Then, we have to analyze the statistics by a chart when we are making a form. It’s a very troublesome matter. In order to solve these problems. We will put all collected data in to a data base and use Data Visualization Technology Combined With Enterprise Internal Management. It caused greatly improve production efficiency and work quality. Thus, it will be saving time and decreasing misappropriation. This research makes a use of Raspberry Pi and Arduino combined with RFID modules and it is identified employees and product data by NFC. We are also using Node.js to realize MySQL transmission protocol to achieve the application of enterprise internal management. We take the data from database by using Chart.js、HighCharts graphic table, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, HTML5, CSS…ect then visualize all the collected data. The data visualization will make supervisors understand the production status of each workstation clearly and quickly.
