    Abstract: Although the sources of human have been positioned as a major determinant for achieving and maintaining competitive advantage for associations, the processes through which those advantages are achieved are not well understood. Since psychological contracts are considered a central structure in the study of employee organizational relationships, the study suggests that it is an important instrument for explaining the relationship between anticipatory psychological contract and employee’s performance. This thesis tries to evaluate hypothesizes between early employment experience of job insecurity, personality and able to work in the talent pool of future employee who is currently studying in universities from Vietnam. In detail, chapter three shows the research methodology with the research model, measurement and data analysis processes. In chapter four, there are results of data analysis processes and the explanation statistically. Lastly, chapter five shows the detail explanation of the result, which are based on the perceptibility of the researcher and reality of Vietnam market and human resource.
