    Abstract: 幾丁質廣泛存在於自然界中,是地球上含量最豐富的胺基醣型式的多醣,含量僅次於纖維素。幾丁聚醣(chitosan)則是幾丁質經由不同程度的脫乙醯基反應而得到的產物,它是以N-乙醯葡萄醣胺與N-葡萄醣糖胺為單體結構的共聚合體。幾丁聚醣含有胺基,不僅有很強的反應性,且具有生物可再製性、相容性、可降解性等生化特性,因此用途十分廣泛。
