    Abstract: 本專題將使用射頻磁控濺鍍機濺鍍氧化鎢(WO3)之薄膜,對於α-step之鍍膜膜厚測定,可見光光譜儀之透光率與吸收度及X光繞射分析,以具有特定之電致色變波段,可調節與控制不同波長之入射量,達到濾光、明暗控制、節約能源的目的,探討其薄膜結構與透光性和導電性的影響。
