    Abstract: 本專題之目的係利用光度測量與指示劑,以乙烯二胺四乙酸二鈉水溶液定量水中二價鉛離子濃度。兩種指示劑 EBT 與 PV 被使用於判斷滴定終點。若無其他基質存在時,EBT 與 PV 指示劑在波長 530 奈米具有最大的淨吸光度差異,適合用於定量水溶液中的二價鉛離子濃度。以 PV 為指示劑時,在波長 530 奈米定量二價鉛離子濃度較不受鈣離子、鎂離子、鎳離子的干擾,但受到二價銅離子之干擾。以 EBT 為指示劑,在波長 530 奈米定量二價鉛離子濃度,則易受鈣離子、鎂離子及二價銅離子之干擾。
