    Title: 導管式類比數位轉換器

    Abstract: 論文中設計一個九階段管流式類比數位轉換器。架構採用全差動的設計,目的為降低共模雜訊干擾。本論文中全電路架構以每級1.5 位元共八級及最後一級2 位元組成,其中子電路包括了前端取樣保持電路、8 個1.5 位元快閃式類比數位轉換器、1 個2 位元快閃式類比數位轉換器、8 個數位類比轉換器/減法器/增益級、編碼器、暫存器、時序產生器、加法器和數位錯誤修正電路。取樣保持電路採用交換式電容電路技術,只須相對精確的電容值,對製程技術而言較容易達成。由於採用數位錯誤修正技術,因此設計採用靈敏度較低的全差動動態比較器,其最大優點為無靜態功率消耗及較佳抗雜訊能力。
