    Abstract: 台灣產業型態中,尤以服務業比重最大,從業人員佔據人力市場比例較高,其中,百貨服務業居為龍頭之首,全方位專業服務性高,綜合業務人員與客服人員的專櫃人員之職能素質與能力為消費者信賴的重要因素,並搜集對工作績效的影響存在關連性。因此,人力資源市場之服務業人員職能,與工作績效的優劣存在無形的影響力,是為當今企業發展的關鍵契機。
