    Abstract: 參與社區服務不僅可以提升整體居住環境品質,並且經由活動可以凝聚社區民眾的感情,但由於志工乃社區民眾自願參與,若社區組織無法妥善安排社區服務工作,不僅會造成社區資源浪費的困擾,更可能導致民眾參加志工服務之意願。本研究運用基因演算法建構社區志工資源分派系統,可根據不同社區需求之志工資源分派方式產生合適的
    分派結果,減少在此問題上所遭遇之困擾,有效提升社區組織分派志工資源之效率。
    The participation of community service not only improves the quality of living environment, but also unites the power of community residents. Since community service tasks are often volunteered by community residents, if tasks assignment can not be arrange in some way efficiently, it may result in wasting human resources and frustrating volunteers.
    This research constructs a community volunteer resource allocation system based on genetic algorithm, it can produce a suitable task assignment according to different service requirements and therefore reduce the assignment difficulty and efficiently improve the task assignment result.
