A novel topology of an interleaved series input parallel output ZVS forward converter with current-doubler rectifier is proposed in this paper. The proposed converter is composed of two active-clamp forward converter cells with series input and parallel output, and driven by the interleaved PWM operation. The converter can achieve the ZVS operation for all the switches,
provide ripple current cancellation, low voltage stress of power switches suitable for high input voltage, high output current, high power and high efficiency applications. The operating principle of the converter is presented in detail. The IsSpice simulation is applied to verify the theoretical analysis and converter characteristics.
