    Abstract: 時間電價是一個用來將尖峰時段負載轉移至較輕載時段的負載管理策略。對一個選用計劃性減少用電措施之三段式時間電價用戶而言,除了需訂定各時段適當的契約容量外,還需確保不會超約用電。本文就是在這樣的前提下,結合電能管理系統和累進需量值演算,針對16kv鋼鐵廠用戶研製一套即時報警控制系統,使其在預測到可能超約前適時適量降載,避免因超約罰款而失去電價折扣的優惠。
    Time-of-use (TOU) pricing is a strategy used to shift power demand from peak load hours to light load hours. For three-section time-pricing customers who have selected the planned power reduction policy, they must stipulate the proper contract capacity of each section and need to guarantee that they will not exceed the contracted capacity. Under such a premise, this paper combines the energy control system and progression demand calculation to implement a real-time alarm control system for 161kV steel plant users. Thus, the users can shed proper amount of loads before forecasting the electric usage possibly exceeding the contracted capacity to make their power demand below the contract capacity and avoid being fined because of surmounting the contract capacity and lose the incentive rates provided by electric utility.
