    Abstract: 本文旨在研究壓電陶瓷振盪子之共振驅動系統。本文所提電路以換流器電路為核心,輔以偵測換流器輸出電壓與電流及場規劃邏輯閘晶片控制,藉以產生適當的諧振頻率與工作週期,並使其驅動系統中功率晶體開關,有效驅動壓電共振陶瓷產生機械振盪,以驅使系統穩定運作。本文已完成電路設計之理論分析與雛形電路驗證,由相關實驗可證明,本文所提方法確可穩定驅動壓電陶瓷振盪子,相關研究結果應具產業實務應用之參考價值。
    This paper is devoted to the inverter design of power supply for piezoelectric ceramic resonator. Based on the half-bridge inverter, the proposed circuit design has included FPGA control circuit to output a proper working frequency such that the system can be stably driven. To validate the effectiveness of the method, this paper has investigated the voltage relationships between input and output as well as examined the corresponding waveforms. Test measurement help confirm the feasibility and practicality of the method for the application applied.
