    Abstract: 這篇文章主要是製作與研究高功因螢光燈電子安定器,是一篇實作論文。製作電路包括EMI 濾波器(Filter)及整流器(Rectifier),功因校正電路(Power Factor Correction,PFC),換流器(Inverter)及諧振網路(Resonant Circuit)。就電子安定器的各個電路進行分析與討論,並實測其各項數據,數學分析其電路特性。最後,就現有的缺點進行改進分析與討論。
    The objective of this paper is to implement and study the high-power-factor electronic ballast for the fluorescent lamps.
    The implemented circuits include an EMI filter, a rectifier, a power factor corrector, an inverter and a resonant circuit.
    In this paper, all of circuits are analyzed and discussed. The experimental results are provided. The mathematic analysis
    of the resonant circuit is also provided. By experiments and improvements, the cost is reduced and the performance is improved.
