    Abstract: 電力系統的過電壓波形之形式與波的移動,對於整個電力系統運轉扮演重要的角色。因此,在電力系統中過電壓的研究是一項重點。本研究是關於有效的辨識且找出能夠反應過電壓波形的技術,亦即是能夠清楚的顯示所分析的過電壓波形之時間-頻率特性。研究中提出以離散分數傅立葉轉換為基礎之運算法則,進行擾動的過電壓波形之分析,即可獲得過電壓的主要特性,且能夠提高辨識過電壓的精確度方法。
    Over-voltage is a critical problem of power systems. This study proposes an effective identification method and a technique
    that can clearly present the time-frequency characteristics of the voltage waveform. A discrete fractional Fourier transform algorithm for analyzing disturbance over-voltage waveform can capture main features of over-voltages, and improve the accuracy of identification methods.
