    Abstract: 暫態過電壓會威脅電力系統可分成三種型態:雷擊突波;開關突波及電源頻率過電壓,345kV架空線路與地下電纜混接時供應高科技園區,在連接站必須裝設避雷器,以防止雷突波暫態過電壓侵入系統設備。本文主要使用EMTP-ATP軟體模擬避雷器、台架、電纜遮蔽層及接地網等相互間介面最佳接地引接方式,作為電力公司設計避雷器下引線接地方式之參考。
    Transient over-voltages encountered by the power system equipment are mainly divided into three types: lightning surges, switch surges, and power frequency over-voltages. Arrester is required to prevent a hybrid overhead and underground 345kV transmission system from transient over-voltage damage the system equipment that serves a high-tech industrial park. This paper focus is used EMTP-ATP software package simulation studying present adopted interface between arrester and platform and cable sheath and ground network. Besides, a staged lightning impulse test is performed to validate the reality of the simulations. The simulation and test results are reported, and they could be employed to find an effective design of the grounding modes for arrester at the junctions.
