    Abstract: 本論文為一電路簡單、成本低廉與實用性高的新型日光燈管故障檢測與自動斷電之節能裝置。本裝置可即時偵測日光燈管閃爍故障,並隨即自動斷電可有效節省電力能源,達成節能減碳的目標。此外,本裝置含有日光燈管故障指示燈與啟動器故障指示燈顯示,更便利消費者使用。
    In this paper, an energy saving device for a fluorescent lamp with fault detection and automatic circuit-breaking functions is proposed. It has the features of simple circuit design, low cost and easy realization. As the fluorescent lamp comes to life-end, the fault phenomena of unstable arc will happen to the lamp. A fault detecting signal is simultaneously generated to enable the automatic circuit-breaking function of the proposed device. Therefore, the lamp is turned off. It means that no more energy will be wasted. Moreover, the warning lights for consumers convenience an abnormal lamp and an abnormal starter are also used in this devices.
