本研究延續先前崑山科技大學-97學年度跨院系整合計畫案的【儲能式冷藏/冷凍物品之運送箱】，以此計畫案為基礎，深入探討並應用於物流車。首先針對各隔熱材料層，應用於箱體之隔熱效果進行實驗與探討，再將隔熱效果最佳之箱體，內部置物空間置入相變儲能材料。必須先製作出多種不同溫度的相變材料，以使用於冷凍冷藏甚至是常溫與高溫。內部置物空間可根據不同的需求來選擇儲能材料溫度，除了具備多種溫度同時運送外，更具有穩定溫度來源。 Use of large latent heat of phase change material properties, can be converted into ordinary vehicles can also carry high and low temperature of the goods.
