    Abstract: 本研究之目的在於利用火災數值模擬軟體FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator)模擬本研究團隊先前所進行的實尺寸實驗,驗證FDS 的準確性。由於實尺寸實驗所耗費的人力、金錢與時間皆相當可觀,若能於實驗前先行利用模擬軟體預測其實驗結果,將會節省不少金錢與時間。FDS 為美國NIST(National Institute of Standards and Technology)近幾年研發的火災模擬軟體,本研究利用FDS 模擬其自然通風道設計對火災的影響,實驗結果顯示,FDS 在此場景中,對煙層下降的模擬有良好的預測性。
